This Around the Room Circuit is designed as a year-end vocabulary review for the 6th grade science units in Utah but can be done in any classroom studying the following units: solar system, universe, microorganisms, heat, light and sound, seasons, and moon phases. Students LOVE this because it is so interactive. Print the circuit and spread them around the room on tables, the floor, and/ or taped to the walls. Laminate them for durability. Directions included. Students may start at any vocabulary word on any card. The definition is on another card. The next vocabulary word is the top half of the new card. There are 28 cards. I purposely did not create a student work space sheet since it depends on where the student begins. (Pictures are included.) This is a wonderful vocabulary review! Did I mention students LOVE this??
