Product Description
This project teaches the student about Analogous, Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Colors, Neutral, Tints, Complementary Colors, and Shades. The art is inspired by Wassily Kandinsky's Concentric Circles. This project is a great start to teaching color theory in an hands on way. Students can refer to the definitions given to guide the art work, after completion of the worksheet and practice art the student will be ready to complete a Kandinsky masterpiece. This lesson can be given by a substitute. This was created as an art lesson, but could also be used in a color theory Science lesson, Art History or as an independent study project. Please see my Kandinsky worksheet as well.
