• Page 1: Dice game
• Page 2: Step-by-step picture tutorial and directions
Simply print out the game and picture directions back-to-back, give them dice, and watch them have fun creating their own Pablo Picasso portrait.
You will create a Picasso-style portrait by rolling the die and collecting the different parts required to put it together. First, draw a large head on construction or pastel paper. Then roll the die to select a nose (roll #1) and lips (roll #2). Next, draw the profile of a face down the center of the head, connecting the nose and lips to this line. Then, roll for the eye in front (roll #3) and the eye in profile (roll #4). Lastly, roll twice to select the ears (roll #5 and 6). Add hair, a neck, and other unique details. Use oil pastels to color it in!
