Product Description
This fun two session lesson will delight and engage your youngest learners. It is highly recommended that the teacher has a copy of Black Cat, White Cat. Students will explore color mixing to create their own unique color family.

You'll get a lesson plan that is professionally formatted with elements of effective instruction. Objectives, Resources, National Standards, Step sequencing. Classroom teachers shouldn't be afraid to try this lesson. I've includedTHREE color theory worksheets so you can scale the lesson up or down based on your students' abilities. There are three student examples for your own reference or to share with your students if desired. This was successfully classroom tested with over 100 kindergarten students during two forty-minute sessions.

This could easily be extended into an extra week if you had students paint a background page to glue the cats onto.
