Art Lesson: Van Gogh Inspired Sunflower Still Life Relief Collage
This package includes a 15 minute tutorial video so you'll know exactly how to teach this to your kids, written out teacher instructions with visuals, and a PowerPoint presentation!
I am SO in love with this project!!
I've done this lesson extremely successfully with a number of 2nd grade classes - so I can only imagine what older grades could do with it too!
Every student leaves with a beautiful piece of artwork that they can be proud of.
Another perk - this is not another "Starry Night" lesson. Hooray!
Students will look at the sunflower still lifes of Vincent Van Gogh and then create their own sunflower still-life relief collage inspired by his work!
