This middle school art unit introduces students to the origins of mosaics and methods for making their own mosaics using paper. The first six pages of the digital unit contain an introductory art history and student sample presentation with embedded questions for inquiry. The next three pages are the actual student handout for the unit, with a written and visual vocabulary section, (students fill out as demonstrated by teacher)
