As a teacher myself and since I know all the pressure we have at work, I would love to give every teacher a gift. Also as a cancer survivor I have experienced the benefits of painting and drawing mandalas. Here I present a handmade mandala and some lines on breathing. I also include a recommended link to accompany your drawing time. You can enjoy some quiet time to color the mandala, breathe, and relax. You can also color the drawings around the reflection. My gift: a mandala as art therapy for every teacher.
