WAYS TO USE & TIPS:
► Use these however you would use ANY articulation cards (for drill, for games, etc.).
PRINT the cards; I recommend printing these on card stock. Laminate for durability if you plan to use them over and over again! Cut out all cards with a paper trimmer or scissors.
► Note that cards are labeled with the phoneme in upper left corner and the position (initial, medial, final) in the upper right corner for easy sorting. /l/ blends are noted as such.
► For easy, quick on-the-go use, keep decks together with binder clips, rubber bands, plastic bags or plastic containers.
► Do you want to use these to play Memory or Go Fish? If so, just print 2 copies and you’re all set!
► Use the black and white cards to save ink OR let your students color their own cards to really get them invested in their target words. Let each student design his/her very own deck(s) to create personalized, one-of-a-kind decks for practice!
► Send these home with students to practice independently for homework or to practice with their parents. This is especially perfect to do during long breaks in therapy or for summer!
Get creative! How else can YOU put these to use? I'd love to hear!
