I'm offering a simple articulation data sheet. This is a sheet that I keep multiple copies of nearby since I am always using it for my articulation students. I tend to print two copies then run them on the copier back to back to save paper.
It provides a spot to write, circle or tally the following information:
~Position of sound addressed
~Level of sound addressed
Just one more data sheet idea for you :-). I use this with Super Duper's Jumbo Articulation Drill Book and the first five minutes of a session are just straight drill with clinician model. Then we go into the fun games and activities using their sounds!
