Use this set of articulation “dollars” for any activity! They can be used as stimuli in a variety of games already on the market, or in one you make up. They also make great reinforcers!
Each set of sounds is a different color to make it easy to organize - different positions of words have a different patterned border to make it easy to separate targets.
These sets were developed after I used a language game in my speech sessions. The game was designed for language skills (synonyms, multiple meanings, etc.), but my kids with articulation goals loved it so much I found myself filing through the stimuli for words with their sounds. So, I created sets of “dollars” with articulation stimuli to be used with that game.
I have since used the bills in other open-ended games I have made up along the way. For example, have the students draw three (or more) dollar bills and make up a sentence with all three words. They get to keep the bills for each of the words they use with their good speech sound. The person with the most money at the end wins.
**This is the K and G set, which contains the following:
60 K words (20 initial, 20 medial, 20 final)
60 G words (20 initial, 20 medial, 20 final)
