This is TWO pages, a poster and a blank coloring page for teaching students the "H" sound! Also can be used to help students find the location for /k/ and /g/ sounds.
Teach your student that the H sound is the sound we make when we huff with our breath to fog up a window so we can draw on it with our fingers, or how we see our breath on a cold day. Model how the H sound comes from the throat.
I keep this printed and ready to go for beginning students so they have something simple to associate the sound they are learning. This page takes time to color and as they color the bees and their trails of H's, you can have your student repeat it in isolation, "h, h, h" while you continue to scaffold with placement adjustments if needed.
Included is a blank version and a poster, so your students can color the page and take it home to put up on their wall to practice or hang in your classroom/speech therapy room, or keep in a folder to have on hand during their session, as a reminder for placement and you can hang the poster on the wall for easy access or give out to students to keep in their speech folders or to take home to hang up on their walls as a reminder.
Print as many as you like and keep them on hand!
