This is a blank coloring page for beginning students learning the "L" sound in isolation!
Teach your student that the L sound is the sound we make when we lick something delicious like ice cream or a lollipop! Placement of the tongue is behind the teeth, our jaw is loose and our voice is on.
I keep this printed and ready to go for beginning students so they have something simple to associate the sound they are learning. This page takes time to color and as they color the bees and their trails of H's, you can have your student repeat it in isolation, "l, l, l," while you continue to scaffold with placement adjustments if needed.
Included is a blank version so your students can color the page and take it home to put up on their wall to practice or hang in your classroom/speech therapy room, or keep in a folder to have on hand during their session, as a reminder for placement.
Print as many as you like and keep them on hand!
