    This is a money saving bundle to purchase both my articulation and language screener flipbooks at a discounted price! You receive 10% off when you purchase both! This is a winzip file and requires that software to unzip the file. Assembly of the interactive screeners requires printing, laminating, cutting and then hole punching to keep together. It took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble.

    Language Screener information:

    How to assemble: Print screener on cardstock and laminate. Cut out and punch two holes at the top of each page. Then, attach using binder rings. Some pages are out of order and have the number written at the bottom right corner to know the order of pages. Use the stimulus pages match up with the recording forms. Put the screener stimulus items (the flip book) in front of the student and follow the recording forms for what to ask/say to the student.

    Grades 3-5 start on page 7.

    Administering the screen: Bring a dry erase marker, so the child can circle certain items or modify by having them point to items.


    Information about the Articulation Screener Flipbook

    How to assemble: Print screener on cardstock and laminate. Cut out and punch two holes at the top of each page. Place the stimulus picture items face to face with the screener response cards (this is so when you flip over the page, the child sees the pictures and you can record on the recording sheet). You can also just set up the stimulus items as a flip book and then use the data recoding sheets (page 4-5) to record stimulus responses and send home with parent.
