These quick notes were created to give parents or teachers feedback on the student’s progress in speech therapy following a session. Clinician can complete note while reviewing data taken during the session and then give the parent/teacher the note at the end of the session to facilitate good communication and encourage practice outside the speech room.
A blank note is included as well as notes for each of the following phonemes: P, B, T, D, M, J, SH, CH, TH, F, V, K, G, S, R, L, Z, R blends, L blends, S blends
I also included 12 articulation game/activity direction cards that can be handed out to parents or teacher's with suggestions for games to play with their student at home while practicing their targeted sound.
