Articulation in Conversation Data Sheet

INSTRUCTIONS: Focusing only on a particular target sound or phoneme, record ALL of the words containing that sound/phoneme as either correct or incorrect. Record ONLY the words that contain the target sound/phoneme (this is what makes it manageable). Tally and calculate. I use this to show exactly how a student is doing in conversation AND for exiting students who have achieved proficiency at the conversational level. Good for sharing with parents and teachers, and of course, progress reports!
