This includes 2 fun activities that improves children’s articulation of the K sound, phonemic awareness and auditory memory skills using alliteration of the K sound in silly sentences.
1. Bingo Dot Marker – 4 pages (2 colored, 2 shaded)
The SLP says the silly sentence pointing to the picture cues. The student repeats the sentence saying the targeted sound correctly. Bingo Dot markers or tokens may be used as a reward. After having the student repeat the sentence using the picture cues, see if the student can repeat sentences without cues.
2. Matching Cards (24 cards, 12 color & 12 shaded) – Make copies of matching playing cards and laminate. Use the matching cards to play memory, war, go fish etc.
