These articulations anchor charts are designed for your brass and woodwind students. The articulations included are staccato, accent, slur, tenuto, and marcato. I have included the definition, symbol, and performance technique in student friendly language. I have also included color and black/white versions.

How to use:

I print the articulations chart on the poster maker at school and use it as a large anchor chart. The individual articulations work well as 8.5x11 inch prints. I love putting them on walls and cabinet doors around the room. My students’ articulation skills are leaps and bounds better with visual reminders and technique explanations!
