Ashurbanipal's Siege Tower

Learn about the first (ancient) siege towers of Ashurbanipal, by creating this hands-on printable siege tower from Assyrian times. The printable is available as a black and white image or in full color. With the help of a pencil as the "battering ram" this miniature siege tower can be used to demonstrate one of the reasons that Ashurbanipal was able to take so many cities during his violent reign.
