As I used the ¡Así se dice! ASD textbook, I saw that it lacked opportunities for the students to role play urgent medical conversations in level 3, chapter 2. This sort of speaking practice is essential to what the students will need in real-life situations. I created these conversation tasks to fill this gap. I also believe this is great practice for the Interpersonal Speaking section of the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam.
This lesson contains:
1) a reminder of simple structures that the students can use when they are "stuck" in a conversation.
2) a graphic organizer where the students will Brainstorm their ideas before they perform the conversation tasks.
3) the five conversation role play tasks in simple Spanish.
*the thumbnails are making this look weird. It doesn't look like that in the word file. I left it as a word file so that you could tailor it to your preferences.
