This product contains a nonfiction passage about the life cycle of chickens. There are 4 questions following the passage. These questions require students to look at the life cycle and see the connections (sequence).
The second page asks students to find the temporal/signal words in the paragraph and underline them. Then, they use the information to write the steps in the life cycle based on the text.
Students can then, use the information to write their own paragraph if you wish.
