Asking Questions About Key Details in a Text is a set of anchor charts that are designed to help your students with non-fiction and fiction text comprehension. These are also a great visual for English language learners or children with special needs who benefit from visual reminders. Anchor charts are available for wh-questions (who, where, is doing what?, when, why, and how), examples of questions to ask for non-fiction and fiction texts, and asking questions before, during, and after reading.
Both color and black and white versions of the anchor charts are available. They are also available in large or small versions so your students can add them to anchor chart journals. You can also print them at half size and attach them to a ring so your students can have visual reminders at their fingertips.
