This reading bookmark is a great way to reinforce good readers asking questions. On the front of the bookmark, you will find thinking stems for students to consider when reading, both during guided reading groups and while reading independently or at home. On the backside of the bookmark, there is a place to note when a student should stop reading if needed. We have found this to be really helpful with our small guided reading groups!
2 Printing options included
*Print bookmarks double-sided: Directions are included in the PDF to assist you in correctly printing the 2-sided bookmark.
*Print single-sided: The front and back of the bookmark can be printed on one side and then you can fold it to standard bookmark size. This option allows students to add notes/sticky notes of questions or predictions on the inside if needed.
*Print on cardstock and laminate for durability.
*Use astrobrights for fun bright colors!
*If you laminate...When adding the stopping point, I use Sharpie so it doesn’t erase. If you scribble over the Sharpie with an Expo marker you can erase it and write on it again!
