Now with INTERACTIVE student notebook foldables!
This lesson introduction begins with letter sized teaching posters and general information about the asking questions reading comprehension strategy.
Questioning owl letter sized teaching posters may be used with guided reading groups and student pages and/or bookmarks.
Some work pages are based on BATS, THE PUMPKIN BOOK, and SPIDERS by Gail Gibbons (similar books may be used). One work page refers to an owl nonfiction book generically so that other owl nonfiction texts may be used. The sentences selected stand on their own and do not require reading of the books to understand the general idea.
