Asking for Clarification is the natural successor to any direction-following activity. Too often, our students have no idea how to ask for more information, and will 'freeze' when unsure of a directive. This worksheet was developed to include the important questions students need to attain additional information. The prompts are located at the bottom of the page for easy reference [once reviewed and practiced by the SLP or classroom teacher].
In addition, an assignment for home practice has been developed to complement this worksheet. Therefore, this activity can be used solely in the classroom and/or practiced at home by merely attaching the assignment sheet. Examples are provided for parents, as well as space for parental feedback.
