Do you get a lot of assignments turned in with no name? No title? Do you want an easy way to record the type of assignment or if an assignment was turned in late? Do you want a place to add assessment and comments without having to mark up your student's work? If so, the Assignment Attachment can be the perfect solution.
The assignment attachment is a sheet that the students will add to the front of each assignment before they turn it in. There are 4 versions of the attachment included in this resource so that you can use the version that best suits your needs. The assignment attachment has a place for students to write their name, date, room number, name of assignment, due date and concept. This is especially helpful when the assignment is on regular lined paper and not a photocopied handout. It is also helpful because the checklist has other reminders to help students fully complete their assignment.
The assignment attachment also offers a place for teachers to record useful information like the type of assignment, if it was turned in on time or if the assignment is incomplete (depending on which version you use). It also offers a place for assessment and comments.
