This template can be used for students who benefit from a daily/weekly Assignment book or planner or agenda (whichever wording your school uses). In my district we are very technology based. However, as a special education and regular education teacher I have learned there are some students who NEED a written planner to track assignments. There is a title page, which you can decorate to your liking. There is also a parent initial column. Feel free to tweak and add a teacher signature portion below the parent initial column, and or change the subjects to fit your school schedule.
Directions to make into a book:
1) print all three pages.
2) make 1 copy of the cover and 2nd page with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 1 to 2 sided, even hole-punched to add into a 3-ring binder. Be sure that the cover "Assignment Book" is on top when feeding into a copier.
3) Then make copies of the second half of the week (this page on the top into the copier) along with the 1st half of the week on the bottom set at 1 to 2 sided and/or hole punched.
4) Set the copier at the number of weeks for the school year, or number of weeks left in the school year.
5) Put the copies you made of the title page on top, and the second set with the rest of the week under that and it should open like a book where the week day are spread out in order across the binding of the pages.
