24 Sets of Association Cards
Back of Cards
Select about 12 pairs of cards (24 cards total) and lay them out upside down on the table (like a Memory game). Have students pick 2. When a student makes a match, they have to explain why the pair goes together. When students do not make a match, have them generate words that would go with the objects they picked.
PREPARING THE GAME:
Print out pages 5-8 double sided with their back (page 4). Laminate. Cut out Association Cards on the dotted lines.
