In this activity, students get to practice identifying adjectives and adverbs using the Kagan Structure, Quiz-Quiz-Trade. This cooperative-learning technique allows students to review material in a nonthreatening way by working with their peers. Students each get a card, stand up and find a partner. The first partner will ask the question and the second will answer. Then they reverse and the second asks the question on his card and the first answers. What makes this different is that the students then trade cards and go off to find a new partner. This process repeats until the teacher calls time.
