This activity is designed for high school students (9-10 grades) to analyze multiple primary source documents in order to answer a central historical question. This is not a full-blown DBQ, but is a way to start introducing the process to them. The central historical question is "Was the US justified in using the Atomic bomb to end WWII?"
This activity includes an organizer for students to gather information about each of the documents, a central historical question, a "checklist" for their answer to the question and the documents.
