This is the worksheet version of the lab by the same name. If you don't have time to run a lab, this supplies some numbers that allow you to still do all the calculation. This worksheet tries to get students to understand the idea of an atomic mass unit using a carton of eggs (6 brown and 6 white). A dozen eggs represent a carbon atom, with 6 small brown eggs representing a proton, and 6 large white eggs to represent a neutron (since a neutron is slightly larger). Good luck.
