This is a two day (period) assignment students will complete pertaining to the Atomic Theory. Students can choose from one of two projects. The first project will involve researching famous scientists who helped to develop the Atomic Theory and applying a rubric to a poster, timeline or brochure. The second project will be for students to design their own method of explaining and demonstrating how to complete a Bohr Model and an Electron Configuration. The second project should be completed on the computer only. The first should be hand made but use the computer for printouts and research. My students like the option to be able to choose their type of project based on learning styles.
