This is a nearly silent trivia review game! All you need is a projector and copies of the "TRUE" and "FALSE" slides for each small group of students. The idea is that one student, the announcer, reads the trivia questions. Then, in small groups, the teams discuss their answers. Teams raise their "true" or "false slides, revealing their answers. The score keeper records points. As a bonus, the team with the first correct answer has the option to go "double of nothing. If they change one of the underlined words and make the statement correct, they can earn an extra point. If they answer wrong, they get zero points for that round!
Please note that an entire script, including questions and answers, is on the "Notes" portion of the PowerPoint and may be printed out as a script for the announcer.
This resource pairs well with other "Atomic Theory and the Periodic Table" and resources by SmartyPantsDance on Teachers Pay Teachers. Enjoy!
