If you calculate student grades by using some type of electronic grading, why are you still using that old wire-bound grade book? It doesn't give you enough room, and there is no way to re-alphabetize the names as you add and lose students all year long. I developed this worksheet to help me keep a paper record of student attendance and grades in a format that worked for me, instead of the grade book publisher. Each worksheet has room for two weeks' worth of attendance and two grades per day for up to 34 students. At the end of the two week period, simply type in the date of the following Monday, and all the dates will change automatically. You will never have to re-type or alphabetize your class lists again!
