These two posters are illustrated versions of how I get students' attention in class. The first version says, "Hands on Your Head, Eyes on Me. When You Are Ready, Say 1, 2, 3!". The second version says, "1, 2, 3, Eyes on Me!" to which the student's reply, "1, 2, Eyes on You!". Both versions work well and help with different groups of students - the first version makes the students not have items in their hands when they are supposed to devote attention to you, which can be very helpful with some groups. Both posters are in full color and match my "Black Rainbow Chalkboard" theme. For more classroom management ideas, check out my TPT store!
