These two worksheets have a chart for students to fill out about the different attributes of plane shapes and 3 dimensional shapes. The plane shape's chart requires students to fill out the name of the shape along with a picture then the number of sides, angles and vertices. The last column asks if the shape is a quadrilateral or not. The 3 dimensional shapes requires students to write the name of the solid figure based on a picture along with the number of flat surfaces, edges, vertices and the shapes of it's flat surfaces. They are a great way for students to learn about different shapes as well as see the similarities and differences among them.
