There are 31 stories about the alliterative characters from the program. Included with each story is the character’s song. Most of the stories subtly teach a character-building trait. This one teaches a lesson about how making fun of others is not acceptable behavior:
Victor loved to watch game shows on television. He delighted when others would win a prize. More than anything he wished he could win something. He entered every contest he could. When a video camera came in the mail, he was delighted. He would hide and make tapes of his friends. He had a hilarious tape of the mistakes his friends made while playing volleyball on the beach. He sent it in to the funniest video show. When the friends saw it, they were furious with him, but when they had cooled off a bit, they realized how funny it really was.
