PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

I developed this "Hear it, See it, Say it" program to in order to assist my students that have a difficult time with following directions or storing information into their short and long term memory. I have had much success utilizing this with a variety of students on my caseload (auditory processing, hearing impaired, receptive language impairment, etc) while instructing students to store, retain, and retrieve information. In this packet students will identify appropriate and inappropriate listening behaviors (whole body listening), practice with activities that target active listening while finding details, learn strategies for organizing incoming auditory information, and apply these learned strategies into a variety of contexts in order to increase their ability to generalize into the academic setting.
