Help students practice their writing skills with our Australian Animals Opinion Writing pack. This pack includes 11 pages. Answer key is not included. Product is not editable.
The first seven pages ask the question, “Do you like (animal name)? Why or why not?” Animals include the crocodile, dingo, emu, kangaroo, koala, platypus, and wombat. Students write their opinions on the nine blank (solid) lines. Each page contains a black and white clipart picture of that animal.
The next three pages ask the question, “Which animal do you like better? Why?” Students choose between two animals, which include the koala vs. dingo, kangaroo vs. emu, and crocodile vs. platypus, and write their opinions on the nine blank (solid) lines. Each page includes black and white clipart pictures of the two animals with their names below.
The last page is a blank page (solid-ruled lines) for additional writing space, if needed.
