Auditory preferences sorting activity for students with autism and sensory processing difficulties.
Many students with autism have complex sensory needs. Students may be hyper and / or hypo sensitive to a variety of sounds.
This sorting activity contains 2 different sizes or sorting sheet and 2 pages of visuals (see preview). It has been designed to allow individual students to create a "visual support" which shows their own auditory preferences.

All the graphics used in our resources have been produced by my daughter. They are designed to appeal to a wide age range, as we know how difficult it can be to find suitable resources for teens.
As some people with autism can be overloaded by too much visual input, my resources have been designed with clear layout and plain backgrounds.
