PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a combo pack of resources that you can use as is or use as a template to create a custom support system for your student.
**Page 1** is a schedule for a student. The daily schedule is meant to be laminated for daily use. This student is a reader and works above 90% success with a basic First & Then card. We are attempting to create a full day schedule for this student. I suggest using the first page as a template to create your own daily schedule.
**Page 2** is a change in schedule card. This card is meant to be cut and laminated so it can be put on the daily schedule (using double sided tape, paper clips, whatever)
**Page 3** Laminate. Read this social story daily or more often as needed. This social story is used to teach the student about schedule changes and prepare them for when the "change in schedule card" is used.
**Page 4** Sensory choices. This is meant to be cut into strips, laminated and hole punched at the edge and put on a key ring. Or it can be laminated as it. These choices are specific to my student who has Deep Pressure sensory needs, such as squeezing, crashing. Use this as a template and create a sensory choice card to meet your students needs. Occupational Therapists can be excellent helpers to determine sensory type needs.
**Page 5**Choice Rewards. Laminate as is or cut into strips and laminate and hole punch for a key ring. This is custom for my students interests. I intentionally left a bottom rectangle blank so I could write in options as needed.
**Page 6** I want. Laminate as is or cut into strips and laminate and hole punch for a key ring. This is a basic list of options and allows the student to express a broad need. For example, if the student expresses wanting a sensory break I will then present the sensory choices. I included "toe hurts" and "too loud" as these are specific to this students needs.
**Page 7** A lunch time social story. This is a specific need for my student.
