This packet helps students in the lower grades (third grade), ESL students, or those diagnosed with autism and other cognitive disabilities to learn about adverbs. On pages 3-5 there is an adverb sort activity which; requires the student to place the adverb under one of the four adverb categories (How, How Often, when and Where). Included on pages six and seven are two worksheets for students to fill in sentences with the correct adverb. Finally, on pages eight to thirty two there are visual aid activities to help students begin to learn about adverbs. After looking at the picture and reading the sentence, the student will determine the verb and adverb. There are 30 pages which; include a picture, sentence, and box for placement of a cut-out verb and adverb. The pages can be laminated for longer use. The activity is a must have for differentiating Adverbs within the mainstream setting.
