These free autism-friendly puzzle token charts are just the ticket you need for behavior managment in your special needs or regular education classroom!
I am currently using the 16-piece chart with a little firstie who has trouble staying in his seat. He bounces up and bebops around the classroom chatting up his buds at least 4 times in 40 minutes. Since I have 8 periods in a day, he earns a puzzle piece for staying in his seat for a sustained 20 minutes each period. We agreed that his reward when his puzzle is built, which he chose, would be 20 minutes of computer time on ABC YA.com This is working quite well with him right now.
In addition to the 16-piece puzzle, there is a 12-piece puzzle, an 8-piece puzzle, and a 6-piece puzzle. And finally, I have included two sheets (based on feedback received) that are the same four puzzles but at 1/4 the size to take up less space on the child's desk and use less ink.
The resource is designed to be very flexible for you to use to fit YOUR needs.
