Autism - Teaching calendar and days of the week
Product Description
My students were having a difficult time understanding the days of the week, the sequencing of the days, and what each day meant (school or no school). As this is a huge life skill to further assist when they are in the job world, I created this worksheet to be put in their morning binders to allow them visual comprehension.

There are two pages. Both pages need to be laminated or put into page protectors. The only thing to be used on the second page is the 3 days "today, tomorrow, yesterday".

On the worksheet, the months of the year should be circled by the student using an expo marker.
The small dashed lined above each day should be used to write the # (date) of the day.
You must put Velcro in each box (each day of the week). Additionally, put three pieces of Velcro on the bottom of the worksheet to store the three pieces.

Students will manipulate the pieces to today, yesterday, and tomorrow.
The addition of "we have school" and "we are home" helps them to understand the difference between weekdays and weekend.

If you need clarification on how to create the worksheet after it is purchased, message me and I will send over the template instructions.
