Product Description

These 'I am working for' boards are a great, visual resource to help motivate and encourage students to complete their work task(s) in order to gain tokens to recieve their reward/choice item at the end of it as well as providing them with the opportunity to stay focused

As professionals, we all know that students work at a variety of different paces and levels to each other, which is why in this pack I have provided you with a variety of different options to provide you with the best option for your student(s). They can then work their way up to doing more tasks before reaching their award, as you see them progress.

The 'i am working for' boards are quick and simple to use. Students collect a token for each task they complete or minute they have worked - or however you want them to earn them. Once they have got all their tokens into place on their board - they get to have their reward/choice activity.

If using this as a reward for a choice activity, it's best for you to have the student choose the activity of their choice at the end to keep them motivated - or if they're unable to choose, you choose something that you know they really enjoy. You are going to want to use something that you know your student is going to want to work hard for.

This resource comes with two different options of each board (one with a yellow box for choice to go inside, one with black box).

There are 4 different levels of boards included in this pack;
♦ Level 1: 3 tokens then reward
♦ Level 2: 4 tokens then reward
♦ Level 3: 5 tokens then reward
♦ Level 4: 10 tokens then reward

If you are unsure of what your student's level of working is, I would start at the bottom and use level 1 then build your way up, if you feel your student is capable of working a large amount before achieving their reward then use your professional opinion on where to start them.

✭ How do I put this together? ✭
1) print out the board that you want to use
2) laminate it and attach velcro bits in each box
3) cut out and laminate the choice activities provided (or provide your own) and add velcro to the back of them so that they will stick to the box on the page
4) cut out and laminate your choice of reward coupons (3 different options provided) and also velcro these.

This is a great resource for encouraging students to work and also to improve how long they are able to work for or how many activities they can complete.

This resource comes with some choice symbols, if you feel there is something that you need addded to this resource please feel free to contact me through the 'Ask a question' tab as a request and I will try my best to add it asap.
