We use this document at the beginning of the year in Spanish 4 to see what students can write. The questions ask them to use the present (#1), pretérito/imperfecto (#2), future (#3) and conditional (#4). This helps us see what they remember from the previous year. We also use it to help assess what level our heritage learners should place into, as it helps us see if they are able to write in Spanish or not.
There is no rubric or key for this, as we just read it and give written feedback (but do not give a grade on it).
