Last week of school memory books provide a good writing project, as well as a sweet keepsake for your students. Let your students write notes, compliments, memories, well wishes or draw pictures in each others books. They are likely to keep them forever, and you will have a great activity to keep them busy when school starts winding down!
Books include 12 cover choices. Styles include a student version with lines for name, school, and year. Plain version is included to make this product usable for any type of event, VBS, summer camp etc...Includes b&w low ink versions, blue, green, pink, purple and yellow. (The back and overlap have a star pattern.)
16 Inner pages have room for writing, and they have classic autograph rhymes gleaned from the 1900's to the present printed at the bottom of each page. Some are silly, some are sweet. A few of my favorites....
-"Remember me well, remember me sick, but when you buy candy, Remember me quick!"
- "Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, most poems rhyme, but this one doesn't."
-"In the golden chain of friendship, think of me as a link."
-"By hook or by crook, I'll be the last to sign this book."
-"When sliding down the banister of life, look out for splinters."
A fun way to revive a time honored tradition with the next generation. I still have mine from 1984!
