This resource is a hands-on lab that will demonstrate that green deciduous leaves have other pigments hidden within. Following the simple directions, students will see the other colors within a leaf appear. There are three interactive notebook flaps included with this lab and a slide show that explains the scientific information. This is a really fun and easy experiment to do with simple house hold materials. The results are dramatic and exciting. This is a perfect fall lesson that really works for all ages.
