Students will read the clues about wetland birds in the riddle boxes and then match each bird to the clues. This will help students start to identify the typical species of wetland birds living in Florida.
This is a great pre-lab for an upcoming field trip so that students are less worried about what type of bird they are seeing and can focus more on the behavior of the birds and their ecological roles.
