Your students will absolutely love this story about Raúl and his rap music, because they will be able to relate to much of his way of life, such as his daily morning / school routine, his lack of desire to study and do homework, his interest in girls, etc. This story is also great because it will help them with their Spanish grammar in the present tense; a list of verbs is provided at the bottom (regular/irregular / reflexive / stem-changing / verbs like gustar). Furthermore, there are a few verbs in the subjunctive along with commands, so this would even be a great story for upper-level Spanish classes. Three different versions of the story are provided:
1st - story (757 words) with 15 questions
2nd - story with fill in the blank regular/irregular / reflexive / stem-changing verbs with 15 questions
3rd - story exactly like #2 but with fill in the blank verbs like gustar as well.
They will learn about the following verbs:
Verbos con cambio de raíz
Verbos Reversos como gustar
¡Qué sea a su total agrado!
