This is a graphic organizer designed to go along with the "Plants" episode of the BBC nature series Life. It is NOT a fill-in-the-blank type of worksheet as I was trying to create something that required students to think about what they are watching. This particular worksheet highlights the plants featured in the video and asks the student to write down a brief description of the plant adaptation that is shown in the film. It is straightforward in that it follows each featured plant in order and has them separated into groups based on the different conditions for which the plants have adapted (low light, nutrient-poor soil, pollination, seed dispersal, etc.).
I use this video worksheet in my biology unit about various adaptations of living organisms, but it would also work nicely when studying plants or requirements of living things.
Answer key is included.
